PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE THE DOWNLOAD STARTS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE. BY COMPLETING THE PAYMENT PROCEDURE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU UNDERSTAND YOU CANNOT CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE ONCE THE DOWNLOAD HAS STARTED.

We are unable to offer technical assistance with the storage of your download, our clients have a wide variety of storage options for downloads and it is the client’s responsibility to store the download correctly. Just as if you purchased a CD you could store it in many different places so it is with downloads. What is important is that you save your download once you have downloaded it as the links you are sent are time dependent and will expire after a few days.

A few clients with Apple operating systems are struggling to store their downloads, this applies to iphones, ipads and some kindles – so

before you purchase make sure you understand the device you are using

and know how to store downloads onto it.
