We are delighted to announce a retreat in France on 29th April to 6th May 2011. We are now able to take bookings for the retreat, so email as soon as you can to get full details and a booking form.

The retreat centre is in Northern France, very secluded and beautiful. Ideal for walking and relaxing. Pilates classes will run twice each day led by Lita de Alberdi.
