Finding materials, writing and creating meditations and exercises takes a good deal of time and development. Designing and teaching meditation is a specialist area, needing a different focus than many other more ‘left brain’ classes.
In this course you learn about the special requirements of teaching an experiential subject and how to do this effectively.
Meditation can enhance the ability to concentrate, focus and become more creative as well to relax and become more self confident.
At the class, you will be given a full teacher’s manual containing Clear teacher’s notes for each process taught – Clear and effective hand outs to use in your classes Lesson structures for an eight week class structure suitable for use with over-16’s based on our four CD pack Practical Meditation.
You will:
- Explore the benefits of meditation
- Understand what meditation is and is not
- Learn tried and tested meditation based processes to deliver to your classes
- Develop a deeper understanding of how a meditation practise begins and develops
Discounted prices are also available on Practical Meditation when you become one of our teachers allowing you to sell packs on to your own students, full details in the teacher’s pack. You will become eligible to purchase Volume Two of Practical Meditation at a specially discounted price when it comes out and you will be able to use that with your classes too, effectively giving you sixteen weekly classes to teach with no preparation needed.
