If you want to learn how to channel your spirit guide we can offer you lots of ways to do so. First, try reading Lita de Alberdi’s book called Channelling: What it is and how to do it. You will find lots of very practical information and advice in the book about channelling and how to get started with channelling.

To build on that, we can supply you with a set of CDs recorded by Lita de Alberdi which give you all the guided meditations that are described in her book. Both the book and the CD’s (or downloads) are available from this website, just go to the products page for more information and to order.

If you would like to work directly with Lita de Alberdi then come and take our Channelling classes here at the School of the Living Light in Somerset. We run the Opening to Channel class regularly both in Somerset and in London. This is a two day class that will really get you going with your verbal channelling by showing you how to connect with a high level spirit guide.
