Energy Update

Energetic Update December 12th 2010
Well, it has certainly been a tough few weeks and we are not quite out of it yet. As 2010 draws to a close we are being asked to complete and close all those tasks we have been avoiding so assiduously. This is a time of clearing and letting go at very deep levels. The vibrational frequencies now resonating around the Earth are shaking out the old and until we really let go we block the incoming of these new energies. We must do this consciously, purposefully and powerfully. It is time to finish up with our spiritual, psychological, emotional and physical lessons and projects. It is also time to think hard about where you want to put your energy and effort as we come into the new year.
December starts out with a Mercury retrograde period that started on the 10th and runs until the 30th. We have Solstice on the 21st (when the sun closely aligns with the galactic center), and another then an eclipse sandwich with the full moon and a total lunar eclipse on the same day as the solstice and a partial solar eclipse on January 4, 2011.
The vibrational frequencies shake you up at every level whether you want them to or not, so rather than resisting try to ride the energy and consciously release. Use this time to review and revisit all that you putting your energy into.
At a physical level you may find that you are more tired than usual, with symptoms of dizziness, tiredness, sinus problems, headaches and inability to concentrate. As an energy worker you are more sensitive to the vibrational changes currently taking place, so be sure the take the time to rest and to take care of yourself.

Bring your partner for a lovely short break, there is so much here to see and do. Climb the famous Glastonbury Tor which you can see from our teaching room, stroll through the delightful Chalice Well Gardens, shop till you drop at the Clark’s Village Outlet Village so popular with bargain hunters only three miles away from the School. Or walk up on Exmoor, see the wild ponies and lunch at one of the cosy pubs in front of a roaring log fire. The famous coastal holiday resorts of Weston Super Mare and Minehead are within easy reach by car. We will be happy to give suggestions for some really great outings whilst you are here. We can also offer soothing Reiki Healing and we can recommend local mobile therapists who can give you a relaxing massage or reflexology treatments at your accommodation.

Psychic Development Group

Led by Lita de Alberdi, this development group meets on Tuesday evenings, usually once a fortnight at the School of the Living Light. Doors open at 6pm and the meeting begins at 6.30pm. Dates for the Autumn term are: 31st August, 14th and 28th September, 12th and 26th October, 9th and 23rd November and 7th December. We may consider opening the group to new members in March 2011. If you are interested then email or phone. In 2010 topics covered have included: Grounding and protection; Auric cleansing and auric charging; sensing auras; dowsing; channelling evening; psychometry and lots of guided meditations. Meetings are friendly and aim to allow each person to develop their own psychic gifts and abilities.

I feel compelled to write to you today to thank you for the most wondrous weekend – feel free to use this as a testimonial too.

Every so often in life, you get blessed with a software upgrade and I really feel Tom v3.0 got installed this weekend. Eternal thanks for being catalysts in that process.

I’ve done quite a bit of development work but I have never experienced it with this level of professionalism combined with such a warm welcome in such wonderful surroundings. You have created such an amazingly blessed space.

One of the biggest surprises I got this weekend though was how connecting with your guide was so therapeutic. The transformations all around were astounding – as well as being instant and lasting. What a lovely group of souls you attracted.
